My Caring Story
Why PaintnGo wants to make a difference
"From Autumn 2019 through the summer of 2024, I cared for my wife who was living with complex mental health challenges. It was an incredibly demanding time, juggling full-time work, parenting our three children, and providing the best possible care for my wife. This experience deeply impacted me, highlighting the incredible work of charities, organisations, and services that support individuals facing mental health challenges and their families.
Witnessing the challenges firsthand ignited a passion within me to create a space where everyone, regardless of their abilities, could experience the joy and therapeutic benefits of art. Supporting those facing living with disabilities became a driving force behind PaintnGo. Our mission is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can express themselves creatively, find solace in the artistic process, and build a sense of community.
Personally, I'm competing in my first triathlon in May 2025 to raise money for Involve Kent, an organisation that provided invaluable support to our family during this challenging time. Your support would mean the world to me." Donate Here
