          2. Q: Do I need to have any art experience? 
            A: Absolutely not! PaintnGo is for everyone, regardless of skill level.
          3. Q: What should I wear? 
            A: Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on. While our paint is washable, accidents can happen.
          4. Q: How long does a session last? 
            A: Sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, but it can vary based on the event.
          5. Q: Is PaintnGo suitable for children? 
            A: Yes, we have sessions suitable for all ages. Check our schedule for family-friendly events.
          6.  Q: Do I need to book in advance? 
            A: Yes, booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your spot.
          7. Q: Can I bring my own paint or materials? 
            A: No, we provide all the necessary art supplies.
          8. Q: What do I do if I arrive in clothes I don’t want to get paint on? 
            A: We have coveralls you can rent in sizes from small children to large adults. These have hoods to protect your hair and are opaque, so you could put your own clothes in a locker.

            A: We do. Please see our terms and conditions on the website, which are also sent out to every booking. 
          10. Q: How can I leave feedback?
            A: You can leave feedback on our website or social media pages, or speak to our staff.

        • The Experience
          1. Q: What kind of paint do you use
            A: We use water-based, non-toxic, washable paint. 
          2. Q: Will I get messy?  
            A: It's very likely! That's part of the fun. We advise you to wear clothing which you do not mind getting messy.  
          3. Q: What kind of art can I create
            A: Anything you like! We encourage free expression and experimentation. 
          4. Q: Is there a theme or instruction?  
            A: We offer both open studio sessions and themed events with guidance. 
          5. Q: Can I take my artwork home?  
            A: No, but we can provide you with a digital image of your creation. And we will be able to print your artwork directly onto a T-shirt, a mug, or a card. 
          6. Q: Is there music played during the session?  
            A: Yes, we play energising and inspiring music to enhance the experience. 
          7. Q: What is the atmosphere like?  
            A: Fun, relaxed, and judgment-free. 
          8. Q: Do you use projectors to display images?  
            A: Yes, we use projectors to enhance creativity and provide inspiration. 
          9. Q: Can I use my hands and feet to paint?  
            A: Absolutely! We encourage free and expressive movement. 
          10. Q: Is there a variety of paint tools available?  
            A: Yes, we provide a range of brushes, sponges, and some surprising painting tools. 
          11. Q: Can I create abstract art?  
            A: Yes, abstract art is highly encouraged. 
          12. Q: Can I take photos of my art? 
            A: You are welcome to take photos of your own art, but do not take photos of anything you haven’t created, without both their explicit permission, and an agreement as to what you will do with it.

          1. Q: Are there toilets available?  
            A: Yes, we have toilets on site.  
          2. Is PaintnGo wheelchair accessible?  
            A: Yes, our studio is fully accessible. Not only that, we have a disabled toilet.  
          3. Q: Is there parking available?  
            A: PaintnGo venues will always have parking, either on-site or locally.
          4. Q: Are there lockers or storage for personal belongings?  
            A: We have lockers for small-value items and coats. We advise you not to bring anything valuable
          5. Q: What if I get too messy to go home? 
            A: We have a shower for customer use.

          1. Q: Can I host a private party at PaintnGo?  
            A: Yes, we offer private party bookings for all occasions.
          2. Q: What types of parties can I host?
            A: Birthdays, team building, family gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and more! 
          3. Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?  
            A: In many cases yes, but this depends on the event package; please inquire for details.

            A: Yes, we offer team-building and corporate events. Please enquire.
          5. Q: Can I customise my party package?  
            A: Yes, we can customise packages to suit your needs.

          1. Q: Is the paint safe for sensitive skin?  
            A: Yes, our paint is non-toxic and generally safe for sensitive skin.
          2. Q: What happens if I get paint in my eyes?  
            A: Rinse thoroughly with water.
          3. Q: Is there a first aid kit available?  
            A: Yes, we have a first aid kit on site.
          4. Q: What is your cancellation policy?

            A: We have a capacity of thirty children, but this will possibly require at least two parents to be present, to maintain the necessary adult-to-child ratio. 
          7. Q: Do you welcome disabled children? 
            A: Not only do we welcome disabled children, but we also share a commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable community. We have a safeguarding policy and DBS-checked staff present. 
        • Payment, Booking & Logistics
          1. Q: How far in advance should I book my session?  
            A: We can take bookings far in advance, so recommend booking as soon as you know your date. Popular times get booked up well in advance. 
          2. Q: Can I reschedule my booking?
            A: Please refer to our rescheduling policy on our website. 
          3. Q: What happens if I am late for my session?  
            A: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but it may shorten your session. 
          4. Q: Can I purchase additional canvas or materials during my session?  
            A: Yes, additional materials may be available for purchase. 
          5. Q: How can I book a session?  
            A: You can book online through our website or by phone. 
          6. Q: Can I just drop in? 
            A: We strongly recommend booking in advance, as many sessions are ticket-only, some sessions that are private, and some age-specific sessions. That said, if you are close by, then do pop in. We might be able to fit you in, or at least give you a cup of coffee. 
          7. Q: What payment methods do you accept?  
            A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.
          8. Q: Are there any discounts available?  
            A: We offer various discounts; please check our website for current promotions.
          9. Q: Can I purchase gift certificates?  
            A: We do not currently provide gift certificates these will be available soon.

          1. Q: Do I need to clean up after the session?
            A: We handle all the cleanup. You can simply enjoy your artwork. 
          2. Q: Can I share my artwork on social media?
            A: Yes, we encourage you to share your creations!

            A: You can leave feedback on our website or social media pages, or speak to our staff. 
          4. Q: Do you offer memberships or loyalty programs?

        • Advanced Painting Technique Classes
          1. Q: Do you offer guided painting sessions with specific techniques? A: Yes, we occasionally host events focusing on specific techniques like colour mixing, texture application, or abstract composition. However, PaintnGo is a social painting experience and only has these elements as part of our hosted events. We do not offer ongoing classes and training.
          2. Q: Can I request a specific colour palette for my session?  
            A: For private parties or larger groups, we can often accommodate colour palette requests with advance notice.
          3. Q: Do you offer sessions focused on specific art movements (e.g., Impressionism, Pop Art)?  
            A: We sometimes have themed events exploring different art movements. Keep an eye on our event calendar!
          4. Q: Can I use stencils or other tools to create specific designs?  
            A: We provide various tools and stencils, and you are welcome to bring your own stencils if you wish. Please contact us in advance.

          1. Q: Can I request a quieter, more relaxed session?  
            A: For private bookings, we can adjust the music and atmosphere to your preference.
          2. Q: Can I bring my own music playlist?  
            A: For private parties, you can certainly provide your own playlist, and even for public ones, we can test out playing your music if others are amenable. 
          3. Q: Can I request a specific layout or setup for my group?  
            A: We will do our best to accommodate your requests for private events.
          4. Q: Are there any sensory-friendly sessions available?  
            A: We can adapt sessions to be sensory-friendly; please contact us to discuss your needs.
          5. Q: Can I have a photo or video taken during my session?  
            A: Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos. We may also take photos for promotional purposes, with your consent.

            A: Yes, we can tailor team-building events to focus on specific skills and objectives.

            A: Yes, support persons are welcome, and are mostly not charged. 
          3. Q: Do you have staff trained in working with individuals with special needs?  
            A: Our staff are trained to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants, but we do not offer specially trained staff. 
          4. Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for refreshments?  
            A: Yes, please let us know about any dietary restrictions when booking.
          5. Q: Can I bring my own assistive devices or tools?  
            Yes, you are welcome to bring your own assistive devices.
